Paid digital ads (e.g. Facebook/Instagram)

All services are tailored to meet your business goals, based on the information and materials you provide.
2. Client Responsibilities
To get the most out of our work together, you agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information
Respond to communications within a reasonable time
Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
Respect copyright and trademark laws when supplying content
3. Payments
All fees will be agreed upon before any project begins. Invoices are issued with standard 7-day payment terms unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
You own the content and branding you provide to us. Once full payment has been made, you will own the final website, ad creatives, or deliverables we create for you (excluding third-party software, stock imagery, or licensed plugins which remain the property of their respective owners).
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Service Limitations
While we use best practices to improve your online visibility and lead generation, Bloocow cannot guarantee specific results (e.g. #1 Google rankings or guaranteed lead volume). Factors outside our control — like market conditions, competitor activity, and algorithm changes — can impact performance.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
For ongoing services (e.g. monthly SEO or ads), we require 30 days’ notice for cancellation. For one-off projects (e.g. websites), deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
In the event of a dispute, we will make all reasonable efforts to resolve it fairly.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy and only use your information to deliver our services.
