Google Maps Business Booster Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter Information
The promoter of the Google Maps Business Booster Giveaway (“Promotion”) is Jalarem Pty Ltd, trading as Bloocow, with registered address at PO Box 3442 Success, WA, 6964, Australia. ABN: 85 897 633 756. Hereafter, the promoter will be referred to as the “Promoter.”
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must be business owners or managers located in Australia. Each business is allowed only one entry.
3. Prize Details
a. First Prize: One winner will receive the following:
– 3 months free Google Maps Business Booster service valued at $2085
– 12 professional review videos valued at $3600
– Dream Holiday Accommodation Voucher – value up to $1500
b. Second Prize: Five winners will each receive the following:
– 20% off 3 months of Google Maps Business Booster service valued at $417
– 12 professional review videos valued at $3600
– Dream Holiday Accommodation Voucher – value up to $1500
4. Entry and Participation
To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the entry form with the required details: Name, Email, and Business. Submission of the entry form constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. Prize Claim and Service Terms
a. To claim the prize, the winning business must sign up for a 3-month Google Maps Business Booster service (Free for the 1st prize winner – 20% off for 2nd prize winners). The service will be provided for 3 months from the date of activation.
b. There is no ongoing contract beyond the initial 3-month period. The service will automatically cease after 3 months unless the winner chooses to continue the service.
c. If the winner decides to continue the service beyond the 3 months, regular pricing will apply. A 30-day notice of cancellation is required to terminate the service, should the winner(s) choose to extend the service beyond the initial 3 months.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
a. The winners will be drawn on October 16th, 2023.
b. Winners will be notified via the email provided during entry.

8. General
a. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control.

c. Prize details provided by third parties are not the responsibility of the Promoter.
9. Data Usage and Privacy
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to the use of their name and business name for promotional purposes related to the Promotion.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10. Governing Law
The Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by Western Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
11. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
